1. The principle objective of an open reporting system is not to appoint blame, but to identify causal factors, so as to minimize or prevent accidents incidents and unsafe or unsecure acts.
2. Employees who report unintentional errors or acts will not be punished.
3. All YAG employees have the duty to report safety, security and compliance irregularities to their manager verbally and by calling or emailing.
4.YAG employees are responsible for their actions. This non-punitive system does not eliminate responsibility for any INTENTIONAL non-compliance or a DELIBERATE failure to report safety or security violations.
