QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Managing Director’s Statement of Policy

  • 1. Providing sufficient and suitable resources to implement and maintain an integrated Management System.
  • 2. Management procedures shall be implemented, supervised and controlled at all stations
  • 3.Educating and training all personnel to continually improve the skills at YAG.
  • 4. Regular Review of performance based indicators by senior management.
  • 5. Regular analysis of malfunctions or undesirable operational results
  • 6. Establishing , reviewing and communicating performance measures
  • 7. Auditing all Operational activities on a regular basis, whether done internally or by external auditors.
  • 8. Following up with corrective actions
  • 9. Ensuring that the audit schedule for each department is approved by the MD
  • 10. Ensuring that contracts executed with external service providers that conduct outsourced operations for security, equipment maintenance, training, etc. Identify measurable standards that can be monitored to ensure safety, security and all other requirements of the contract or agreement are fulfilled.
  • 11. Ensuring that YAG has an effective system for the management and control of documentation, records and data used in the conduct of operations.
  • 12. Creating and documenting the implementation of processes to manage changes within and external to the organization.
  • 13. Monitoring compliance with all regulatory, company, customer airlines and ISAGO standards.
